Helping the children of Pontypool to have the best start in life

We believe in healthy eating and have developed our menus with the help and training from nutritional professionals and the Welsh Assembly Government Food and Health Guidelines for Early Years and Childcare Settings.

The Nursery is committed to obtaining the Healthy and Sustainable Pre-school Award and we are constantly reviewing our menus with the help of the children. We are also waiting to be assessed towards the Gold Standard Healthy Snack Award.

The children are served milk daily supplied via the Free Nursery Milk Scheme for under 5′s plus plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.
